Overall, Lorac Pro Powder Cheek Stain is a richly pigmented blush with a good deal of pop. The formula proves easy to work with and the wear is excellent. Only thing I'd change? A few more shades to choose from as for us beauty junkies, six, is never enough right?

Stains weren't really something around at the time so Morgen's version was a bit of a novelty. After that Benetint launched and I was on that one like white on rice and soon after more brands started releasing their version of the cheek stain including Lorac, Revlon, and Stila.

I recently tried the new Hourglass Aura cheek stain - and really liked it. I think the applicator would be better as a brush rather than a thin sponge at the top, but that's my only gripe. It feels cooling and totally lightweight on the skin and gives a sheer, pretty shade that lasts and lasts...
