Giuseppe Zanotti: the shoe designer
Former DJ, Giuseppe Zanotti stopped playing in clubs in the eighties to start a career as a freelance shoe designer. As he was a native from Rimini – a city in Italy particularly known for its shoes – this path seemed quite logical for him. He started working as a freelance with luxury label such as Valentino, Missoni, Roberto Cavalli or Thierry Mugler, discovering the world of fashion and slowly making a name for himself. In 1994 he bought a small shoe factory to launch his own label, and it was not long before success arrived.

Zanotti’s style is easy to be recognized, with this something peculiar to Italian designs, making shoes more than accessories but items bringing glamor and extravagant elegance to any outfit.
